The Tarts’ Wardrobe provides an irreverent look at teen literature. In case you were wondering, the name comes from the Georgia Nicolson books by Louise Rennison. The tarts’ wardrobe is somewhere girls go to put on lippy, practice dance steps, gossip, look in the mirror, visit the piddly-diddly department, etc. And in this case, talk about young adult books.

Janet is a youth services librarian in the suburbs of Chicago. She also writes nonfiction books for children.

Bridget writes young adult novels and recently moved from Madison, WI to Portland, OR. She was a youth services librarian once upon a time and now works as an on call super hero librarian who comes to save the day when needed.

They both starred in the film The World’s Fastest Librarian which you can view here.
